Kings vs Illadelph (Sixers) Game 70

I don’t know that I got much to say. The Kings are currently 15-54. Go Beloved Dipshits.

P.S. Below is the rest of the schedule analysis.

I suppose that my hope for the rest of the season, starting tonight against Illadelph, is that the Kings win 20 games. Winning 5 out of 12 games for a team for a team with a current winning percentage of .217 is extraordinarily high. Right? Yes, right.

Here is the Kings rest of the schedule for the season: Memphis this Friday (a lot of rest which this team could also use to implement some more concepts), Phoenix and New Orleans 2 & 4 days later respectively. If the Kings go 3-1 on this homestand, which is possible, given that Phoenix is struggling, and Memphis is, well, Memphis, than who knows? Anything can happen right?

Prediction: 1-3 (I have no faith in this team to win games with Kenny Natt) Winnable Games: 3

Then the Kings play the next night (after Nawlinz) at Golden State. That’s another potential win. (4 WG’s & counting.) @ Phoenix 2 nights later. (5 WG’s)

I hate predicting shit. So no prediction.

Then the Kings have a 3 game homestand against the Warriors (WG), the Lakers and Rockets. (Both will be losses. Unless a miracle happens. Like what happened vs Denver.)

Prediction: 1-2

The Kings go on the road to play the Clippers in the 2nd game of a back to back (b2b). Definitely a WG.

They come back home to play San Antonio the next Sunday, and then go to Denver the next night. (Both losses.)

They finish out the season 2 nights later in Minnesota. (Has that ever happened where a team started out the season and finished it on the road? Weird.) And, yes, it’s a WG.

Out of these 13 games, I only count the Denver, Houston, LA Lakers, New Orleans and San Antonio games as non-winnable. That’s 8 winnable games to get to 20 wins. That’s not too hard, right? I’m not holding my breath though. With this team anything is possible. Like, they could lose by 40 with Martin, Thompson, Hawes and Udrih all scoring 40 pts apiece. (Insanity? Yes. Welcome to the green pastures that is an EC. Or EC,inc., if you’re a smartass.) Anything is possible, with regards to losing and setting new lows, when you’re dealing with this group.

So, umm, let’s win one for the Gipper! (Or your sanity. Whichever you think is less corny guys. Seriously, don’t make history worse than it already is. Puh-leeez?)
